Flying In/Out
We recommend flying into Salt Lake City (SLC) International Airport. From there, Park City is a 45-minute drive.
We also recommend prearranging a ride from Park City to SLC if you plan to leave early in the morning. Ubers/Lyfts are unreliable in the morning, even if they say they are!
Transportation
You do not need a rental car once in Park City, as everything is accessible on foot or by prearranged shuttle. Rental cars/driving is not recommended, as Utah has a very low BAC limit (.05%). We will not be providing onsite parking at the ceremony and reception as a result.

Lodging Recommendations
We have two room blocks available, which are ~5 minutes by shuttle to downtown Park City. We also have a list of recommended vacation rental homes within walking distance of town and ski lifts. If you plan to attend the wedding, we suggest booking your accommodations as soon as possible to secure the best rates.

Park city is a small and easy-to-get-around-town! Park City, Main Street is the epicenter of all activities. However, if you plan to prioritize skiing during your stay, Canyons Resort Center, Park City Mountain, Main Street, and Deer Valley Resort are all viable options.

It depends on your preference! Hotels are close to Main Street and easily accessible by foot, Uber/Lyft, or shuttle. Vacation rentals are easily walkable to town. Hotels tend to be off the mountain but have free shuttle access to get there, making it accessible. Vacation rentals will provide a ski-in-ski-out or walk-to-the-lift option, if that is your priority.

As soon as possible! If you plan to book a hotel block, it is first come, first served and we expect them to go fast. After that, we are unable to guarantee room and rental rates. We recommend booking your flights and stay as soon as you confirm your plan to attend the wedding!

We recommend flying in on Thursday or Friday and flying home on Sunday or Monday night to be able to enjoy the weekends’ festivities. We will have a welcome party for those in town on Thursday night that is entirely optional!
Hotel blocks will honor additional days at the discounted rate should you wish to fly in early and enjoy Park City spring skiing and other activities. Many vacation rentals will discount pricing for multiple days as well. Should you choose to fly in early, let Katie & Michael know so they can say hello!

Yes! There plenty of lower available rates in and around Park City. Ubers/Lyfts are easily accessible, making Salt Lake, and Kimball Junction hotels viable at lower rates. Additionally vacation rentals can be split for lower nightly rates. We recommend checking out VRBO for other options.
